We provide a weekly publication featuring updates, articles, and advertisements from local businesses and service providers of the thriving South Florida Jewish Community. Our publication is freely distributed in both print and online. All rates presented are in USD.
We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services, and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an advertisement with TSF Community Voice the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.
We guarantee that our printed publication will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Customer Service Department and a representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have. Ad design changes MUST be received by 2 pm on the Tuesday before the following week’s publication date, as listed on our Publication Calendar. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you have an issue with the services rendered please speak with customer service to rectify the situation. When your ad is placed in our publication, payment is expected. If these payments are not made within a month staff from TSF Community Voice will attempt to collect payment. However, a collection agency may become involved if payment is not received or a payment plan is agreed upon in writing. Our payment system complies with PCI standards.
